Sunil Kumar - CEO
Sunil is the founding CEO of GreeneStep and oversees company's day-to-day operations, execution of technical, business strategy and marketing of GreeneStep Products and Services. Sunil is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India and has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering, both of which were awarded with distinction. He is also a Certified Information System Auditor. At GreeneStep, Sunil's focus is on scaling up of operations, customer acquisitions, strategic partnerships and new product launches for SMB markets globally.

Sunny Shashidhar
Shashidhar Kalidas, known as Sunny, is the co-promoter of GreeneStep and is the Vice President of Customer Operations. "Meeting Customers Expectation is a challenging opportunity" is what Sunny believes in. He is focusing on the development of future markets for GreeneStep Products and Services and shares responsibilities of revenue generation and customer relationships.Sunny has over 18 years of experience in the industry. He started his career by setting up a company that delivers customized software solutions.

Srikanth N.K
Srikanth N K heads strategy and new initiatives for Greenestep. He has 20 years of experience spanning Manufacturing, Software, IT Infrastructure and BPO companies across functions as diverse as Supply chain, Project management, Business Excellence, Recruitment and BPO operations.He is a Mechanical engineer with a management degree (PGDM) from IIM Ahmedabad. Prior to joining Greenestep, he has managed Business Excellence, Recruitment and BPO operations for BPOs like MphasiS, (an HP company) and Aditya Birla Minacs. Among other roles, he has managed client projects for HCL.

Babu P Thomas
Babu is a graduate from MG University and holds a diploma in Systems Management. He has over 17 years of experience in ERP, Hospitality and Hospital Automation Industries. He currently handles the Internal Systems and Technology implementation at Greenestep. Additionally he oversees the operations of the company. His favorite pastimes include driving and watching movies.

Mahalingam R
Mahalingam R (Mali), a member of GreeneStep Board, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has handled vaious roles in Senior Management with MNCs and large Indian Corporates, covering Finance, Accounts and Operations over a span of 21 years. In his role as a member of the Board, he brings his experience to provide guidance to the Management Team on issues related to Finance and Accounts at a strategic level.

George Mathews
George Mathews, currently heads product development at GreeneStep. George has more than 16 years of experience in IT industry and has been a key contributor in designing, development, testing and implementation of software solutions for various supply chain, financial and accounting products.
Prior to GreeneStep George was heading sustained engineering team and managing product releases in Everest Software.
George is a science graduate from Mahatma Gandhi University and a Post Graduate in Computer Applications. -
Aarti Nagarajan
Aarti Nagarajan has been with GreeneStep since inception. Aarti brings over 10 years of software design and product management experience to her position at GreeneStep and currently oversees release of all GreeneStep products and applications. Aarti currently also takes care of marketing activities at GreeneStep.
Aarti's previous experience includes Business Analyst position at Everest Software and retail banking experience in the largest private sector bank in India.
Aarti holds a degree in Banking Management from Chennai University, and is also a Certified Chartered Accountant. -
Harsha Bellur
Harsha Bellur has more than 17 years of IT experience, Harsha is currently working in the capacity of Head of Implementation with additional responsibilities of Quality Assurance for all GreeneStep Products and Services.
Harsha has a Master's degree in Commerce from Mumbai University with a Post Graduate in Systems Management. Harsha has been associated with GreeneStep from its inception in December 2008. Harsha started his career as a developer in 1991 and has worked in various roles as an Analyst, Designer, QA and Support.
