International Sales Manager (Products)

Graduates with more than 3 to 5 years of experience in selling ERP/ Packaged Commercial Software Products can apply. Must develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Will be responsible for ensuring that GreeneStep maximizes profits and market share in a highly competitive environment by suggesting the right mix of products to our customers.

Senior Customer Support Analyst

Graduate with at least 3-5 years of experience is required. Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to international markets and ERP product companies. As a proficient performer you will have the ability to work under limited direction; your key responsibilities will be to continually grow the company's capability, by excelling in customer service and support and actively contributing to continuous improvement, innovation and change. Problem analysis and customer support for all areas of the applications system will be expected . You need to work as part of a team to achieve the associated goals and deadlines while maintaining team motivation and discipline.
